Voting Rights and Fair Elections

I am strong supporter of early voting and the expansion of the use of Absentee Ballots and allowing "no-excuse" Absentee Ballots once and for all, and I support the question on this year's ballot to do so!  We have seen much progress towards this I am proud to have co-sponsored legislation over the last four years as we move in this direction.
